Please go to the official website of Windows Insider Program, sign in with your Microsoft account, and then click on the download link of Windows 10 Client ARM64 Insider Preview, which is a VHDX file around 8.2GB. Note: There isn't really a recommended build or Windows 10 version for use on your Lumias. For the sake of this tutorial, we're going to get the latest retail version of windows, which is at the time of writing, 17763:
Upon clicking on the build you picked, you'll see some options to select the language and the edition, pick what you like from the list, here, I will select English (United States) and Pro:
Once completed, you'll then get to the download page, please click the following button:
An archive will get downloaded to your computer, once downloaded extract it fully.
Right click the aria2_download_windows.cmd file, and run it as administrator.

And here you have an ISO image of Windows 10 arm64, ready to use for your phone.First you need Linaro UEFI 32-bit Release 15.10, bootmgfw.efi gives 0xc0000017 error on newer releases.
Then you need to apply the 'Force enable TrustZone' patch at https://github.com/TeoIzAwezome/rtemu/c ... 435a757f95, I apply this patch on latest 4.2.0-rc3 release, and that works fine.
Lastly you need a ARM32 build of viostor driver:

Create a vhd named disk.vhd, partition it, apply install.wim, inject viostor driver, bcdboot and enable testsigning.

Finally start qemu with the following command line:highmem=false is key here, that makes the PCIe controller function correctly, thus enabling USB (keyboard/mouse) and storage.
